FAME Independent Study Staff
We are pleased to introduce you to our FAME Independent Study staff members. Each member of our team brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, and education to our school. Our teachers and administrative staff have hundreds of years of combined experience in the field of education. All of our teachers hold a California Teaching Credential, have completed training specific to working with students in Independent Study coursework, and participate in ongoing staff development designed to provide them with the knowledge and tools necessary to offer the best service possible to our families. In addition, we can boast that 14 of our staff members have either home-schooled their own children in the past or are currently doing so. These professionals are intimately familiar with the process of Personalized Learning and bring experience that benefits not only our students but our staff and entire program.
We all share the same commitment to providing quality educational options to the students and parents of the communities we serve. At the forefront of our daily efforts is the goal of optimizing each child’s learning potential through rigorous, relevant programs designed to foster every child’s unique gifts and talents. The education of children is our passion; their success, our reward.
Our teachers each serve a specific geographical region and their students typically reside within or near that region. Students are assigned to teachers based on where they live and whether we have a teacher in that area to work with them. We strive to hire teachers capable of working with students in all of the counties we serve.
