An entrepreneurial Product Management Executive with a broad and unique combination of 39 years of experiences in Product Development, R&D Engineering, Customer Support, Sales, Marketing and Operations in Telecommunications, VOIP, Wireless including LAN, WLAN, PAN, WWW, Internet, public access hot spots, wireless broadband, Mortgage, Banking, Commercial Real Estate, Business, Merger & Acquisition, access and ultra-wide band and network products. Startup, Board Management, Corporate management, VC funding and turn around management experience in Profit & Non-Profit Corporation.

Iqbal Khattak, Vice President
Iqbal Khattak moved in to the city of Fremont, CA 24 years ago to pursue his educational career in the field of Chemistry. He earned a BS degree in Chemistry in 1992, and subsequently earned his MS in Chemistry in 1999. While at school, Iqbal taught chemistry and math to undergraduate students at junior college and university. After graduation, he also taught chemistry at a junior college. Currently, Iqbal has been working at a life sciences company as a Sr. scientist. Iqbal has been serving on the FAME/BASIS board of directors as a Vice President, and he is also serving on the Ohlone college Science advisory committee for several years.

Tom Tsuei, Secretary
Tom Tsuei started his educational career as a high school science teacher in Taiwan thirty years ago. He went on to study in US and earned his master degree in Physics in 1984 and doctoral degree in electrical and computer engineering in 1989. He had a few years of industrial experiences as software engineer and system analyst before joining the college to continue his educational career. In his more than 15 years experiences in higher education both here and abroad, he has not only taught students in technical skills but helped them gaining experiences through curricuulm jointly developed with industrial companies. He is also interested in coordinating programs to help our young students be competitive in global perspective.
