Educational Contractors
An Educational Contractor (EC) is a person or facility that provides tutoring, academic instruction, physical education programs, or elective classes to our enrolled students. All ECs have been approved by FAME to provide services to its students. Each has gone through an application and background check as required by the State of California. Student Educational Units can be used to pay for the classes or a parent may pay for the classes directly.
Below you will find a list of all approved ECs. For more specific information and the cost of the services being offered and how they might best serve your student, contact the provider. FAME Independent Study has an established process for adding new Educational Contractors to our support system. We are always happy to accept applications and add qualified providers to our list. Interested applicants may email their name and address to John Mittan and an application packet will be sent. Due to the time required to receive background check results, please allow two to three months for processing new applications.
