2008-2009 School Year Enrollment
Enrollment in our school is open to all students in Alameda County and the six contiguous counties (Contra Costa, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Santa Clara, San Mateo and San Francisco) surrounding it. No tuition is charged for enrollment. Families can choose to enroll in one of three programs. For more information on our programs, please go to the Programs section of our website.
If you wish to enroll your child, click on the links below to download PDF enrollment forms for the program you are interested in. Openings are filled on a first come basis until available spots are full. At that point we maintain a waiting list and parents are called as openings become available.
A student must have turned age 5 prior to or on December 2nd of the school year for which he/she is being enrolled in order to attend FAME.
A child must be 18 years old or under unless he/she has been continuously enrolled in a California Public school prior to enrollment.
A student may be enrolled in only one school at a time. The dates on the completed enrollment form must reflect accurate information. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for disenrolling their children from any other school prior to attending FAME.
